04. Challenges in the Cypherverse

Decentralized Content Distribution

Decentralized content distribution within the Cypherverse presents two primary challenges. First, there's the issue of download speed. Historically, retrieving a file from a Distributed Hash Table (DHT) or a distributed peer-to-peer storage system has often proven too slow. Especially within a graphical application like the Cypherverse, users demand a swift and seamless experience. Second, there's the challenge of ensuring content availability across the network without loss. Fortunately, solutions like IPFS and the upcoming FileCoin protocol are actively addressing these concerns. We eagerly anticipate their readiness for production use, as they hold the promise of revolutionizing content distribution within the Cypherverse.
